1. Delivery & Returns
1a. Delivery
All orders are either sent out by 1st Class Royal Mail or by a dedicated Courier, the delivery method depends upon the weight and value of the order. We can combine the postage costs on all orders up to the volumetric weigh of 31kg, so should you require more than one part please allow us to send a revised invoice showing the postage savings prior to making your payment. If the order is received by 4pm Mon-Fri we will endeavor to get the order dispatched the very same day. If the order is being sent by courier, the tracking number will be posted against your order so you can very easily track this online, please note that the couriers' only delivery between Mon - Fri, a Saturday service is available at an additional cost.
Should your order be sent by 1st class Royal Mail this service usually takes no longer than 5 business days to reach you, in the very unlikely event it does not reach you within this time you would need to allow 15 business days before Royal Mail will class a package as lost, so please get in touch after this time and we will make a claim and send another out to you. All deliveries are made by a registered courier company and delivered to card holders' address only (unless paid for by bank transfer).
For all orders exceeding 2kg in weight that require delivering to the following UK postcodes we would require an extra charge before we can dispatch, these rates will be clearly listed on the item page: AB31-AB38, AB40-AB56, IV1-IV28, IV30-IV32, IV36, IV40, IV52-IV56, IV63, KW1-KW14, PA21-PA38, PH4-PH41, PH49-PH50, BT, HS, IV41-IV49, IV51, IV55-IV56, KA27-KA28, KW15-KW17, PA20, PA41-PA49, PA60-PA78, PH42-PH44, ALL ZE/IM.
All returns of unwanted goods are accepted within 14 days of purchase, parts must be returned in brand new condition and in the original packaging as received. Please send them back to us with a copy of the original order and a brief note explaining the reason for return, we can then get the parts re-stocked and issue a refund, less the postage fee paid.
All returns of faulty goods are accepted within 12 months of purchase, please send them back to us, again with a copy of the original order and brief note explaining the reason for return, the part will be sent back to our supplier for inspection and if found to be faulty a new replacement will be sent out. Please note that the warranty given on all of our gearboxes is that of the manufacturer and is for the gearbox only, we cannot be held responsible for any other consequential losses which includes labor charges. The defect is not caused either by misuse, neglect, accident, racing or speed trials, or by any modification, alteration, repair or attempted repair except for such as may have been carried out by .
4a. All the Gearboxes for Range Rover come with warranty. The warranty is an in-house warranty and the works will be undertaken by QP Online Ltd.
4b. throughout the period of this warranty, the owner shall maintain and service the vehicle in accordance with the original manufacturer's recommendation.
5. Nothing in the above warranty affects the customer's statutory rights.
6. Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled, deferred or altered by the buyer, with our written consent for which we may charge for costs incurred.
7. Law of Contract
This contract is subject to the law of England and Wales.
